A fun, 60 minute, blood-pumpin' workout of the best exercise in the world - DANCE!  Zumba classes feature various rhythms (Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton and Cumbia)  set to high-energy, motivating music. Zumba is easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. Lose yourself in the music and party yourself into shape!

A 30 minute class that works your entire core, from shoulders to gluts utilizing resistance bands and weights. This combination is excellent for general fitness as well as for weight loss. All fitness levels can benefit!

A 60 minute ind/body class that incorpates tai chi, yoga and pilates. Wonderful for strength, flexibility and balance. This combination is excellent for general fitness and age and  fitness levels can benefit!

Location and Facilities

Surface designed to allow the appropriate “give” necessary for safe exercise activity. Please wear clean aerobic shoes for all classes, except BodyBalance where no shoes are needed.
