Our Instructors

Our goal is for you to enjoy safe, fun and effective fitness classes!  Landa, Shirley, Britainey and Holly are the primary instructors, but we also have guest instruction by Keri, Calli and Veronica, just to name a few!

Shirley McNeil

My passion is making students smile in class and feel great about themselves because they feel welcome, are keeping active, and are doing something good for themselves, both physically and mentally. I strive to provide everyone with a great, safe and fun workout!  I am a full time laser systems engineer, and I have been teaching fitness classes for over 25 years. I am a certified Zumba, Bodypump, Bodystep, Cxworx, and Bodyflow instructor, and also certified for group fitness instruction through American Council on Exercise. A high priority for me is staying heathly in order to really enjoy life with the ones I love!

Landa Heys

My passion is finding a fitness routine that is inspiring and fun.  After trying a variety of fitness options, I finally discovered one that combined my love for dance with a fantastic cardio workout - Zumba.  For me, the key to maintaining a fitness regime is keeping it fresh, exciting and fun. 


I believe strongly in priorities:  faith, family and friends being at the top of the list.  Staying healthy so that I can enjoy life with the people I love is my main motivation for working out.  I am inspired to help others find a passion for being healthy while maintaining balance with life's priorities.

Guest Instructors

We love to provide variety for our students through varying workouts, as well as through guest instructors.  Keri, Calli and Veronica rotate in when their schedule permits.
